San Diego: Serious Wagyu on Convoy Street

Convoy Street is San Diego's hot pot proving ground — home to one of the largest pan-Asian dining districts in the country, with over a hundred restaurants packed into half a mile. We opened here to bring Japan's take on wagyu shabu-shabu to a neighborhood that's spent decades perfecting the hot pot experience.

Our menu runs three tiers — Silver, Gold, and Diamond, from $55 to $98 a person — climbing from premium Australian wagyu to unlimited Japanese A5. Pick your broth from four house styles: sukiyaki, our signature house broth, spicy miso, or Japanese tomato. Start the meal with wagyu nigiri sushi, sweet shrimp sashimi, or wagyu tartare before the pot even hits the table. Convoy taught San Diego to expect serious hot pot — we're just doing it with wagyu instead.
