Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend reserving ahead, especially on weekends. Each location takes reservations through its own Yelp page — find the "Make a Reservation" button on your location's page under Locations.
All-you-can-eat dining is limited to 90 minutes per seating so we can keep tables moving for other guests. During peak hours, a 20% surcharge applies for each additional 30 minutes beyond that.
No — all guests at the same table must order the same price set. This keeps the pot and the pace fair for everyone sharing it.
We ask that you order what you'll eat — a charge of $6 per plate applies to significant quantities of uneaten food left at the table.
Our all-you-can-eat items are for dine-in only and generally aren't available to take away, since the format is priced per person for unlimited in-restaurant ordering. Ask your server if you have questions about a specific dish.
Pricing for children is based on height rather than age: guests 110cm and under dine free, 110cm–140cm are half price, and above 140cm pay full price.
Each location offers a few tiers — typically Silver, Gold, and sometimes Diamond — priced per person, each unlocking a wider range of wagyu cuts, seafood, and specialty dishes. Exact tiers and pricing vary slightly by location; see your location's page or our Menu page for full detail.
Yes. Every location offers a choice of house broths — options generally include sukiyaki, house broth, spicy miso, and Japanese tomato, with some locations also offering a Thai tom yum. You can typically choose more than one to split the pot.

Visit the Membership page to see current enrollment options, or ask at any location when you visit.
Our kitchens handle wheat, soy, eggs, shellfish, fish, sesame, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts, and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of any allergen due to cross-contact during preparation. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please tell your server before ordering so we can help you choose accordingly.
Some menu items include raw or lightly-prepared seafood and meat (sashimi, tartare) alongside the hot pot components you cook yourself. Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
We serve only daily-fresh, sushi-grade seafood sourced from trusted suppliers, kept at strict temperatures until served. For the best flavor and texture, raw dishes should be eaten immediately — prolonged exposure to air can affect quality. Note that color, texture, and marbling can vary naturally by season and origin.
Pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and individuals with compromised immune systems should consult a doctor before consuming raw seafood. If you have allergies (e.g. shellfish, iodine), please inform our staff in advance — see our full raw seafood safety notice for details.
We have locations across California, Washington, Texas, New York, Massachusetts, and Hawaii. See the full list, addresses, and hours on our Locations page.
